    André Bouchard brings more than 25 years of experience as a General Counsel and C-Suite executive, primarily advising FinTechs, financial institutions, and enterprise software companies. He has negotiated 2000+ complex commercial agreements with leading SaaS, software, and financial services providers and has led legal strategy for high-growth and highly regulated businesses.

    André Bouchard has been a C-Suite Legal Executive for over 25 years. His experience includes:

    • M&A transactions, including multi-billion-dollar acquisitions
    • Regulatory compliance and risk management programs
    • Board-level and executive advisory support

    Prior to founding My Outside GC, André served as Senior Vice President, Legal and Operating Group Member at State Street Bank, N.A., one of the world’s largest financial institutions. In that role, he led the legal function for several subsidiaries, including Charles River Development, Charles River Brokerage, and Charles River for Private Markets.

    Before State Street, André was General Counsel of Charles River Systems, Inc. (d/b/a Charles River Development), a leading investment management platform used by approximately half of the world’s largest asset managers. Among many career highlights, he led the legal negotiations for Charles River’s $2.6 billion acquisition by State Street and appeared before the European Commission and Department of Justice in a global anti-trust matter.

    Earlier in his career, André served as Corporate Counsel at divine, inc. and Open Market, Inc., and also worked as a software implementation consultant for PeopleSoft and an IT specialist at Putnam Investments. This combination of legal, operational, and technical experience provides a practical perspective well suited to technology-driven and PE-backed businesses.
